Hechizo Ralentizante es una activa de apuntar y clicar que clava a un solo objetivo con un slow bestial de velocidad de movimiento, le silencia la movilidad (dashes, parpadeos, objetos de movimiento) y lo lastra con gravedad extra. Cómprala como botón barato anti-escape y anti-dive: suéltala sobre un kill que huye, un asesino que divea o un héroe por los aires para dejarlo pegado al suelo mientras tu equipo le cae encima.
