Bullet Resilience is a Tier 3 vitality item whose bonus Bullet Resist only turns on once you drop below 50% health — it does nothing at full HP, then suddenly makes you far harder to finish the moment a gun carry chunks you low. Slot it on brawlers and divers who routinely fight from the red and lean on lifesteal or regen, so the kill window the enemy thinks they have becomes a trade they lose.
