Cast Decay to slap a damage-over-time debuff on a target that ticks based on their current health, so it bites hardest into beefy, high-HP enemies and shreds them from full. The damage is non-lethal and won't trigger your item procs, so lean on it as chip-and-setup damage and bring your own burst to land the kill.
