Reset the cooldown of all your abilities and restore all your charges.

Refresher wipes the cooldowns on all of your abilities and refills their charges the moment you pop it, turning one combo into two. It's a late-game finisher for burst heroes whose ultimate alone can delete a target — chain it back-to-back to swing a teamfight outright.
Tricks
The value is all in sequencing: empty your entire kit first — ultimate included — then press Refresher, then immediately dump the whole rotation again. Popping it while abilities are still off cooldown just throws away half the reset. Refresher recharges your abilities, not its own long cooldown, so it's a one-shot per fight: save it for the moment that decides the fight, not for poke. The reset also catches people off guard — enemies who tank your first combo step out thinking your burst is spent, then eat a second one.
