Rescue Beam
Heals a target allied hero and yourself for a percentage of Max Health. Once while healing, you can Pull the target towards you. Can be self-cast.
Active — bind to a key and trigger it (Z/X/C/V).
A dedicated peel button — it pours a percent-of-max-health heal into a teammate (and you), and once per channel snaps that ally to your position. Slot it on support-leaning heroes when your team needs an out-of-jail card more than raw damage.
Tricks
The pull fires only once per beam and always drags the target toward YOU, so self-casting gives you the heal but no reposition — its real payoff is rescuing allies, not yourself. Use that yank to rip a diving carry out of an enemy ultimate's AoE, off a ledge mid-fall, or away from a melee gank, then finish the heal behind cover. Pick your spot before you fire: you decide where the ally lands, so stand behind a wall or next to your team so the pull drops them somewhere safe rather than deeper into the fight.
