When to buy & tricks

A high-tier bullet item that bundles extra bullet damage and bullet armor with a passive that turns your gun into a Max-HP siphon — every hit shaves max health off the target and banks it as bonus HP on you for the duration, then they get it back when the debuff falls off. Buy it on gun carries who can keep bullets on tanky front-liners and want to grow fat while shrinking the enemy in a long brawl.

It's a Max-HP swing, not lifesteal: high fire-rate heroes stack the steal fastest and it bites hardest into high-health tanks. Dump your magazine early so the enemy is effectively smaller for the rest of the fight — and remember each death hands stacks back, so don't trade your buffer away.
