Coloca o Inibidor quando um carry inimigo tá se curando de tudo: fogo sustentado empilha um debuff que ao mesmo tempo derruba o dano que ele causa e corta a cura dele, transformando um bruiser de lifesteal num alvo mole que você consegue finalizar de verdade. É um compromisso caro de T4, então compra pro duelo ou teamfight que você especificamente não vence sem ele.

O debuff precisa empilhar via balas, então brilha em kits hitscan de alto uptime e ajuda pouco em heróis de burst que só encaixam uns tiros antes de dar disengage.
