Slowing Hex is a point-and-click active that hits a single target with a heavy move-speed slow, silences their mobility (dashes, blinks, movement items) and weighs them down with extra gravity. Slot it as a cheap anti-escape and anti-dive button: pop it on a fleeing kill, a diving assassin, or an airborne hero to glue them in place while your team collapses.
→The silence stops mobility abilities but not stamina — after the hex the target can still stamina-dash or jump, so hold your follow-up CC for that moment.
→The extra gravity drags airborne heroes down — use it to pull a flying Vindicta or Grey Talon back into your team's range.
